The B(RAIN)2 project is committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your data. Access to de-identified data is granted strictly for scientific investigation, teaching, or clinical research planning. We ensure that all data shared is anonymized and de-identified, and no attempts to re-identify or contact subjects are allowed.
Users must comply with all relevant institutional and regulatory guidelines, employing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of data. Redistribution of data beyond the scope of this agreement is strictly prohibited.
Users must regularly check for updated data prior to publication and report any unauthorized data use or breaches within 15 days. Any violations of these terms will result in termination of data access privileges.
By accessing the B(RAIN)2 data, users agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Data Use Agreement (DUA). This includes adhering to guidelines for data protection, usage, and publication.
To download and access each release, users must sign a DUA and provide a brief description of the study or project for which they are using the data.
Users must cite the B(RAIN)2 and DABI funding sources (RF1 MH121373 and R24 MH114797) in any publications or abstracts. Additionally, acknowledgment of the PIs (Nader Pouratian, M.D., Ph.D., and Dominique Duncan, Ph.D.) and the appropriate funding support language must be included in the methods and acknowledgment sections of manuscripts.
Users acknowledge that data may be preliminary or incomplete, as the datasets are continuously updated. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the data's completeness and accuracy before publication.
Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in termination of access privileges. Users are responsible for ensuring their team’s compliance with these terms.
